# Cấu hình xuất file mẫu

## 1. Mục đích

Tính năng cấu hình xuất file mẫu giúp kế toán:

* Tự tạo file excel phù hợp với các phần mềm xuất hóa đơn như Misa - Meinvoice, VNPAY,...
* Customize form hóa đơn theo các thông tin phù hợp với nhu cầu của kế toán doanh nghiệp

## 2. Hướng dẫn

**Bước 1:** Vào Cài đặt -> Cài đặt tài chính -> Cấu hình xuất file mẫu

**Bước 2:** UpS có sẵn 2 mẫu excel: Mẫu M01 và mẫu M02. Bấm Chọn -> Sao chép tạo mẫu mới hoặc Chỉnh sửa trên mẫu có sẵn

**Bước 3:** Bấm vào hình tương ứng để xem các thông tin dữ liệu có sẵn

Các dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị theo từng mục:

* Dữ liệu đơn hàng
* Mốc thời gian
* Dữ liệu sản phẩm
* Thông tin người mua

**Bước 4:** Customize

Thông tin danh mục: Cột tương ứng trên excel theo thứ tự A,B,C,D.... -> Điền các thông tin: Tên danh mục - Nội dung quy định

Nội dung quy định: Nhập dữ liệu ở cột bên cạnh

*Ví dụ: Số chứng từ -> Bấm chọn Code -> Hệ thống sẽ chèn số chứng từ tương ứng*

* Thêm hàng/Xóa hàng: Có thể thêm hàng ngay dưới hàng bấm chọn -> Điều chỉnh được thứ tự file excel theo nhu cầu

**Bước 5:** Bấm Tạo

Sau khi tạo -> Bật nút Sử dụng -> Vào đơn bán hàng xuất file và chọn mẫu tương ứng
