# In nhãn hàng hoá

## 1. Hướng dẫn in tem trên phần mềm  

**Bước 1**: Ở giao diện màn Tồn kho, nhấn chọn các hàng hoá cần in tem, chọn thao tác hàng loạt, in mã vạch

**Bước 2**: Ở giao diện màn In mã vạch, cần nhập số lượng tem cần in theo nhu cầu, chọn các thông tin hiển thị trên tem và khổ in&#x20;

* Với mẫu tem in, người dùng cần lưu ý chọn thông tin Mã vạch tạo bởi SKU hoặc GTIN.

**Chú thích:**&#x20;

* Khi người dùng chọn hàng hoá cần in, hệ thống sẽ tự động hiển thị số lượng tem bằng tồn kho hiện có của hàng hoá đó.
* Hệ thống hiện tại hỗ trợ in tối đa 2000 tem/1 lần.
* Các khổ in được hỗ trợ bao gồm:
  * Khổ 1 tem: 35\*22 mm; 40\*30 mm
  * Khổ 2 tem: 72\*22 mm, 74\*22 mm&#x20;
  * Khổ 3 tem: 110\*22 mm
  * Khổ A4: 65tem - 100tem - 180tem&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Nhấn **Xuất file PDF** để xem tem, sau đó nhấn **In/Tải xuống** để in hoặc tải tem về máy.&#x20;

### 2. Hướng dẫn in&#x20;

### a. Cấu hình nhanh trên website

**Bước 1:** Nhấn in, sẽ hiển thị thông tin cấu hình in&#x20;

**Bước 2**: Chọn các thông tin trên cấu hình in:&#x20;

* Máy in đích: chọn loại máy tương ứng&#x20;
* Tỷ lệ: chọn "Vừa với giấy"
* Khổ in: chọn khổ in có sẵn hoặc cấu hình khổ in sao cho phù hợp với giấy in mà bạn chọn (có thể nhấn "In bằng hộp thoại hệ thống để cấu hình lại")

**Bước 3**: Nhấn **IN**&#x20;

### b. Cấu hình theo máy in

Tuỳ từng loại máy in sẽ có các bước thao tác để cấu hình khác nhau, người dùng có thể tham khảo hướng dẫn trên [youtube.com](https://www.youtube.com/).

**Hướng dẫn cấu hình với máy in Xprint-420B**

**Bước 1**: Cài đặt driver cho máy in <https://xprinter.vn/download-driver-may-in-driver-pos-printer/> > Chọn Driver máy in tem nhãn (chọn hệ điều hành phù hợp với máy)

**Bước 2**: Ở phần cấu hình cài đặt, chọn **Printers & scanners**&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Chọn máy in, chọn Cấu hình máy in&#x20;

**Bước 4:** Thêm khổ giấy in, chiều in theo nhu cầu&#x20;
