# Chuyển kho

**Bước 1:** Tại mục **Vận hành** -> **Kho hàng** -> **Chuyển kho** -> **Tạo phiếu chuyển kho**

**Bước 2: Nhập các thông tin trong phiếu chuyển kho:**

* Chọn kho chuyển, kho nhận
* Trạng thái hàng hoá
* Nhãn hàng
* Loại sản phẩm

**Sau đó thêm các sản phẩm cần chuyển kho.**

**Bước 3: Nhập số lượng chuyển kho cho các mã hàng hoá đã chọn -> Duyệt phiếu -> Đồng ý**

**Bước 4:** Sau khi duyệt, hệ thống sẽ tự động tạo ra mã phiếu xuất kho. Phiếu chuyển kho lúc này ở trạng thái **Chờ xuất**.

**Bước 4:** Tại mục **Xuất nhập** -> **Xuất kho** -> **Chờ duyệt** -> **Chọn phiếu Xuất kho chuyển kho** -> **Duyệt phiếu**

Phiếu xuất kho được duyệt -> phiếu chuyển kho sẽ chuyển sang tab "Đang chuyển", đồng thời hệ thống tự động sinh ra mã nhập kho tương ứng.

**Bước 5:** Tại mục **Xuất nhập** -> **Nhập kho** -> **Lọc hình thức Nhập kho chuyển kho** -> **Chờ duyệt** -> **Chọn** -> **Chi tiết**

**Bước 6:** Nhập số lượng nhập kho thực tế -> **Nhập kho** -> **Hoàn thành**

Sau khi nhập kho thành công -> Phiếu chuyển kho chuyển sang trạng thái **Hoàn thành**.

**\*Lưu ý: Các phiếu xuất kho, nhập kho tự động sinh ra từ phiếu chuyển kho sẽ không thể thao tác Xoá/Huỷ, chỉ được Duyệt phiếu.**
