# Xuất file đơn hàng

Để xuất danh sách các đơn hàng thủ công ra file excel, bạn thao tác như sau:

**Bước 1:** Tại màn **Đơn thủ công** > Chọn **"Xuất đơn hàng"**

**Bước 2:** Lựa chọn 1 trong 2 hình thức xuất file:

* ***Xuất theo bộ lọc:*** Hệ thống sẽ xuất tất cả các đơn hàng theo bộ lọc bạn đã áp dụng trước đó để tìm kiếm đơn hàng. Với lựa chọn này, bạn cần cấu hình file xuất:
  * *Gộp tất cả gian hàng:* Đơn hàng của tất cả các gian có trong bộ lọc sẽ được gộp chung vào 1 trang tính trong file xuất
  * *Tách từng gian hàng:* Đơn hàng của từng gian sẽ được tách riêng trong từng trang tính tương ứng
* ***Xuất theo tuỳ chọn:*** Hệ thống chỉ xuất những đơn hàng đã được tích chọn.

**Bước 3:** Tải về file đã xuất và sử dụng theo nhu cầu.
